WISDOM
EXPLORE ENTERTAINMENT, EDUCATION, AND SPIRITUAL DISCOVERY.
There are various ways of keeping your wits and expanding your awareness of the world around you. We can seek entertainment. Watch a TV series you missed back in the day because you had to work, care for a child, or take a night class. I'm sure with the number of streaming venues on the internet, you can find your favorite TV series or movie from yesteryear. And on top of that, some of these new productions aren't bad. Don't forget those documentaries. Binge or spread, just remember what old Benjamin said, "moderation in all things".
Learn to play an instrument, or a new one if you're already a musician. Learn a new skill. Play a game or revive a hobby. Delve into a specific time in history, study a philosophy you know nothing about, read a book you thought you'd never read. There are people in their 70's and 80's going back to college. These are some of the things that keep us vivid, alert, and alive. You get the gist.
Take time during the week to attain something spiritual. That could be devoting time to a faith you presently follow, or learning the origins of a religion you've never heard of. Seeking wisdom from theological sources can be awakening, as well as inspirational. Just remember, when following religious leaders, make sure they're after your soul and not your money! Also, please be respectful of other people's beliefs and refrain from being a religious bigot. Learn other's theistic doctrine without judgment and with an open mind. With this, the cosmos may grant you gnosis.

"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young"
— Henry Ford
